They set up their sound truck in front of the World Bank and unleashed a series of speakers upon the crowd. I didn't really listen but the general drift was that the World Bank loans all these poor countries all this money and then expects them to pay it back and that's not fair! It's a notion that would resonate with a crowd of college kids maxed out on their credit cards. Debt payments are like fascist oppression of the people. Money should be like free, man.
