This was once the entrance for the tours of the FBI. Those tours stopped after Sep 11 and this entrance was blocked off. They have one of the Tommy guns used in the Valentine's Day Massacre by Capone's hit men. They also have windows into the lab where you can see the techs examine evidence. I hear they might start the tours up again in a year or so.
