The wonderful thing about Reata is that they have taken a page from good seafood restaurants where you can pick your lobster for dinner. I had a taste for buffalo so I picked out a tasty one from the pen. His name was Bob. He wasn't bad as buffaloes go, better-tempered than most but lacking ambition as most ungulate herbivores do. Being eaten was probably the best thing for him.
