An old Metro bus.

This thing looks like it first rolled in the '60s. I'm wondering who would preserve such a thing. It looks like the kind of white elephant the city government could be talked into paying for. Maybe there is a DC Metrobus driver's association that's doing it.

Why it is part of the parade I have no idea.
